PROJECT

Digital celebration for “La Journée Internationale de la Femme 2014”

 

OBJECTIVES

Inspiring change across the Group by telling the real stories that make up the heart of a global organisation

 

AIMS

Creation of an interactive web doc, following the lives of 8 very different women across ELIOR

An online and offline engagement strategy across the global group

A launch event in Paris

 

APPROACH

We took a distinctly non-corporate approach, using an award winning documentary director
to make a series of films about what it is to be a woman within the company in 4 countries across Europe.

These films, shot and translated into four languages, covered subjects such as the obstacles faced, how to achieve a work/life balance and what had inspired these women to succeed in often very male environments.

 

WEB DOCUMENTARY

 

INTERACTIVE WEBDOC HOME

Allowing the audience to choose their path through the content, with four languages, access via an interactive map, or the main film of by each individual story.

 

MAIN INTERACTIVE FILM

(12minutes)

A central documentary weaving together the individual stories that illustrate the commitment of the Group to facilitate change ‘on the ground’ rather than abstract propositions.

 

SHORT VIDEO CAPSULES

(10 x 2 mins)

A series of short portraits where we spend more time with each of the

characters met in the main film.

Access is via interactive buttons that appear throughout the main film, or via a menu on the webdoc home.
