Objectives :

A strategy to communicate Elior’s commitment to diversity, for the Semaine de l’emploi des personnes handicapées’ in France (a week of campaigns to promote the integration of the disabled in the workforce) over a variety of touch points. The campaign was aimed at an internal and external audience, including press and clients



The creation of  online and offline activations and mechanisms bringing the essential stories out of the Brand - as outstanding examples of how the Brand lives it’s message: “Un Monde d’Attentions”


Elior is a leader in the field of provision of services, as such has an important impact in the lives of its customers and staff. Service companies have a huge role in engaging with the handicapped, due to large numbers of unskilled workers within multi function teams. The wide variety of roles within Elior is an important advantage, with the dominance of group work helping to compensate for any individual variety in ability. Elior has a key role in training staff, developing activities, and working in joint projects with organisations helping handicapped people, and their insertion into the workforce.


JAQ created:

a narrative universe that led audiences to content created and curated specially for the event:

an interactive micro-site to tell the real lives at the heart of the Elior story,

a motion graphic to illustrate Elior’s real commitment to diversity,

7 original documentary films,

2 audio tracks, a photo reportage

and a wealth of additional material

 And created an ongoing engagement with a series of live FACEBOOK activations & chats
